Senator Bishop, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                                
adoption of the Community and Regional Affairs Senate Committee                                                                 
Substitute offered on page 924. Senator Gardner objected, then                                                                  
withdrew her objection. There being no further objection, SENATE                                                                
CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 146(CRA) "An Act relating to                                                                       
the optional exemption from and deferral of payment of municipal                                                                
taxes on deteriorated property; and relating to a municipal tax
